Meet your teachers

Miss Hinchliffe

As a Nursery Teacher, I love creating and providing a nurturing environment where the children are excited to learn. Watching the children grow in confidence, develop new skills and discover the world through activities and play is the most rewarding part and why I love what I do. I enjoy being part of Nursery as everyday is filled with new discoveries and laughter. In my spare time at home, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, two dogs and cat. 

Mrs Doyle

I love working in Early Years and I'm excited to be part of the Nursery team this year. I enjoy all aspects of Nursery, especially singing, role play, storytelling and small world. when I'm not in school I love spending time in nature and with my family.

Mrs Martin

I have worked at Witton Church Walk for many years in various roles. I have 3 children who have all attended this school. In my free time I like to walk my dog and I enjoy doing fitness classes. In Nursery I like doing crafts and baking with the children. I enjoy watching their imagination come to life through their role play.

Information

Your child will take part in a variety of activities inside and outside of the classroom to support their learning in a fun and exciting way. This may include Write Dance, Yoga, Forest Fun, Dough Disco and Baking. We spend lots of time exploring our outside area so please ensure that your child has a pair of wellies on their peg and a warm waterproof coat.

Each child will choose a book to read at home and they will be able to change it daily.
