Welcome to our class - Year 4 - with our class author being Cressida Cowell - writer of those amazing Dragon Tales!

I am really looking forward to this next year as we all try to be the best that we can be!

News about our learning for the term will be posted here, so that you can share in the learning.  There is also a noticeboard in the classroom so that all the children can stay up to date.

Homework this year will continue to focus on Times Tables and Reading.  All pupils will receive two bookmarks - one for home and one to stay in school, on the reverse of this will be the log in details for Read Theory and TT Rockstars.  If there are any issues with logging on etc please just let me know.  These will be issued by Friday 12th September as we are currently assessing all reading levels.

PE Days are Monday and Wednesday

Reminder that on PE days children come in to school in their PE uniform, there should be jewellery only as per school guidelines but this must be removed for PE lessons for safety reasons.

Autumn Term

There are lots of exciting things planned for this term.  We will be learning about the geography of Britain, Rivers and Settlements in particular relation to the Pre History Times of the Stone Age.

We will be learning about artists, bridge design and building, forces and states of matter, so much to cram in before Christmas!
